- Understand the Publishers' needs, goals and help them to get there.
- Prepare a weekly marketing plan for each Account for continuous revenue creation.
- Come-up with Action Plans in order to increase previous attainments.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Statistical Reports.
- Manage, Strengthen and Maintain Account Relationships.
- Reach Weekly and Monthly Quotas.
- Closely communicate to Accounts through Email, Skype and Calls to strengthen relationship.
- Research, Propose and Persuade the Products being offered to the Publishers
- Continuously offer unsolicited ideas and Strategic approach to increase the effectiveness of the Account's Marketing Capabilities.
- Closely ensure the traffic's quality to maximize the Return of Investment for both the client and the agency.
- Contribute to the Company's profitability through Efficient Management Skills and distinguish how the Company makes money.
- Identify and cultivate for new business opportunities and ideas to strengthen and promote the long-term business goals of the company.
- Communicate and Report to the agency executives regarding the status of the Accounts handled and ways to improve it.
- Maintain documentation of all company's day-to-day activities on behalf of the Account.
- Manage the Budget of the products and provide intelligent budgeting techniques to Publishers.
- Communicate with colleagues as a team to contribute with the company's profitability growth and strategize for the upcoming ideas.
- Closely coordinate with the team to exceed the expectations of the business partners and constantly earn their trust.
- Boost the effectiveness of the team by celebrating the success and learning from the mistakes.
- Be alert, watch out for issues and quickly alert the team and the management in order to come-up with a precise plan.
- Be capable to adjust with the ever-changing industry and Company's Plans for the future.
- Provide ideas for Innovation to maintain the company's goals to be on top.
- Distinguish what motivates you as a whole and constantly improve your day-to-day productivity.
- Fluent in English through Verbal and Writing;
- Management, Marketing, Public Relations;
